    I am trying to find a recipe for Copenhagen salad dressing. It originated in Chicagoland via Eric’s Deli in Oak Park and Nielson’s Restaurant that was a family staple in Elmwood Park for decades. I know they even bottled the dressing for a while and you could buy it at some local groceries but I haven’t seen it in years. Any chance some one has the recipe?

    Wow, I forgot to subscribe to this link so didn’t get any notifications. The dressing is kind of a tangy sweet dressing. Not quite a poppy seed dressing tang but in that family.
